How It Works
Live Wedding Painting

1
Enquiry and Booking
Fill out an enquiry form with your confirmed wedding date and venue. A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding.
2
Pre - Consultation
A pre-wedding video call will be arranged to discuss your vision, preferred colours, and key moments you wish to be captured, such as walking down the aisle or the first kiss. This consultation ensures that the artwork aligns with your expectations.
3
Your Wedding Day
I'll start by taking photos of you with your chosen background and pose (as discussed during our consultation) to act as a reference for the painting. I'll set up my equipment in a designated area at your reception to paint your special moment live, which also provides a unique and enjoyable experience for your guests. Using fast-drying acrylic paints, I'll capture intricate details and depth, creating a one-of-a-kind keepsake. I'll continue working on the painting throughout the reception and will be sure to share the progress with you before I leave.
4
Finishing Touches and Completion
Each painting undergoes necessary touch-up processes to enhance the image with fine details, typically taking about 12 weeks. I will regularly share progress photos and updates so that the clients are engaged throughout the process. Once the painting is completed and the client is satisfied, the artwork is varnished to protect against dust, UV light, and damage. An extra 72 hours is required for varnishing. Prints of the artwork can be ordered for friends and family at an additional cost.
